Reasonable stay with minor issues

perfect location wedgewood cups poor communication misleading hotel

The location was GREAT. It's close to major shopping areas. The rooms were plush and luxurious. I particularly loved the Wedgewood cups for our morning Nespresso.

The communication could be improved. Staff attempted to overcharge us. The communication was poor and the hotel felt misleading. I found this quite disappointing.

great location tube station comfortable beds modern rooms excellent breakfast small vestibule terrible design poor placement light switches

the bond street tube station was close to the location for travel needs. the beds were comfortable and the room was modern. i found the restaurant offered an excellent breakfast.

i didn't care for entering into a small carpeted vestibule with hooks. then there was a marble floor section that had a sink and shower to the left and the toilet to the right. the light switches were not intuitively designed or well placed on the walls.
